These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zaveloq (the "Service"), operated by Zaveloq ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Zaveloq provides AI-assisted translation of text, documents and live spoken conversation across more than 100 languages, using a combination of translation engines (currently Claude AI and DeepL, with additional engines added over time). Some features — saved translation history, shared team glossaries, API access and paid usage limits — require a registered account and, for certain plans, an active paid subscription.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Subscriptions belong to a team ("organization") rather than an individual user, so a team owner or admin can invite members and manage billing on the team's behalf.
Zaveloq offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Business plans, billed monthly or annually via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we will give notice of any price change before it applies to your next billing period. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
You agree not to use the Service to submit or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive or harmful content, to attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls, to reverse-engineer the Service, or to resell access to the Service without our written permission. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain all rights to the text and documents you submit for translation. By submitting content, you grant us — and the third-party translation engines we use to process your request — a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of producing your translation. See our Privacy Policy for details on how submitted text is handled and stored.
Business-plan customers may generate API keys to call the Zaveloq translation API programmatically. Keep your API keys confidential — anyone with a key can use it under your account's usage limits. You are responsible for all use of the Service through your keys.
Translations are generated by automated, AI-assisted systems and are provided "as is." While we aim for accurate, natural-sounding results, automated translation can make mistakes, especially with idioms, ambiguous phrasing or specialized terminology. Zaveloq is not a substitute for certified human translation in legal, medical, safety-critical or other high-stakes contexts, and we recommend independent review before relying on a translation for such purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaveloq and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses resulting from translation inaccuracies.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
